FAQs

What hours can I bring my pet in to your clinic?

We are open:

Tuesday through Thursday from 8 am to 6 pm

Friday 9 am to 4 pm

Saturday 9 am to 2 pm

What services do you offer in your clinic?

We are set up to be a wellness clinic.  We can handle most issues that do not require you to drop off your pet.  We are able to do routine vaccines, lab work, and minor illness issues.  We do not offer x-rays, intimidate in house blood work, hospitalization, sedation, surgery, boarding or grooming.   By not offering these services, we are able to keep our costs down and then offer wellness care at a more affordable price.  If we have a patient that needs the services we do not offer, then we can stream line a referral to Cedar Park Animal Clinic to have this patients needs met.

What will the cost be for me to get my pet updated on their vaccinations?

This is a difficult question to answer with a specific number.  There are a lot of variations in what each pet needs as part of their well care.  It would seem that the range tends to run from $50 to $150 for a full annual plus take home medications for heartworm prevention and flea control.

Do I need to provide my pets previous medical records?

We can do a more complete recommendation of your pets needs if we have access to their past medical records.  If you don’t have access to these records then we will make our recommendations based on current needs and using what information we have on the pets past.  If you have records, you can bring them in by hand and we will make copies, or your can have them faxed to us at 512-382-6872, or you can email them to us at pets@apc-vet.com.
